Category A Refurbishment, 6th and 7th Floors, Southside, London SW1

Fanshawe were Quantity Surveyors for this refurbishment project back to Category A for Southside Unit Trust.  As part of the Category A works additional toilet accommodation was created on one floor to meet current BCO recommendations. 
Lack of detailed information at the beginning of the project added to the challenge of estimating the cost of the works.  The project was delivered within the 12 week programme and within the Client's budget.
