Refurbishment of 7 Wimpole Mews, London W1

Fanshawe were appointed as Quantity Surveyors for this project at 7 Wimpole Mews in London W1, a Grade II Listed Building.  The property was spread across four floors with an overall area of approximately 450m².  
The project comprised an extensive internal refurbishment to the existing dwelling complete with major structural alterations - new floors were inserted into the property.  As part of the works new M&E services were provided throughout including a new air conditioning system.  The external courtyards were also improved during the refurbishment. 
Works were carried out by the Main Contractor under a JCT Private With Quantities Contract with Contractor's Designed Portion Supplement over a 10 month period.
