Reception Refurbishment at St. Martin's Lane, London WC2




Fanshawe were Quantity Surveyors for this impressive reception refurbishment at Orion House in Upper St. Martin's Lane in London WC2.  The works included significant structural modifications to the existing space prior to the fit out of the reception. The works comprised the works to the reception itself together with a new visitors' WC, shower facilities, a new facilities office and external works.
The project included high quality finishes throughout including high specification lighting.  The reception works incorporated a new reception desk, security turnstiles, a media wall, new signage and works to the existing lifts.
The project was procured on a Single Stage Tender procurement using a JCT Design and Build Contract.
Fanshawe have provided Quantity Surveying services on other floors of this 16 storey commercial development.
